HOW LONG DOES ONE ROUND TAKE?
We recommend taking at least 2 weeks to complete your 6 pre-Steps to Success. If you’re stressed we recommended to take more time with the pre-steps. The nutrition part lasts 28 day and must be completed in one go. You’re free to do as many rounds as you want. By monitoring you, we make sure together that you keep your results.
HOW QUICK WILL I NOTICE RESULTS?

You’ll do a weekly measurement, so you’ll be able to see your own progress in your dashboard graphs.
